Central Bar

A popular lunch spot inside the Central Market, with seating around a large U-shaped bar. It's run by celebrated Valencia chef Ricard Camarena, who turns ingredients straight from the market stalls into creative takes on tapas and bocadillos. We had to wait about 30 minutes for a spot, but the food was great.
